Having a birthday party for 150 people usually entailed dealing with an expensive event manager or haggling with a speaker system provider at the local market. This new service would allow a user to book everything needed for their event through a SaaS portal at a fraction of the cost.
‘Avatars’ reflected the variety of situations RB solved for their users. The identity conveyed a youthful focus and a sense of perpetual motion. The website struck a balance between a variety of options and a clear focus on choice and decision making.
On the back of RB’s success the founding team were able to scale this and a few other successive ventures.
