The idea of a subscription based and ‘virtual’ doctor service was almost unheard of. The new website had to introduce the service and convey the ease of delivery and long term benefits of subscribing immediately.
Words associated with doctors are ‘trust’, ‘reassurance’, ‘comfort’, ‘knowledgeable’. In India especially, the profession is revered. Drawing on this, the frontend site looked to be as transparent in it’s sharing of information as possible; especially through a detailed FAQ’s section. The came across robust and reliable in it’s UI & UX, again attributes associated with the profession.
The new frontend site in place, the client was able to rapidly scale sales efforts to end customers. With ‘ease of use’ apparent in viewing the backend, time taken to onboard doctors reduced.
