Moving to a new office 15kms away from the existing one would mean employees having to shift home or travel further for a longer period of time. To incentivize employees (and control attrition), NetApp came out with a series of initiatives. We needed to create an engaging way of dispensing this information.
A fresh creative approach was proposed, while benchmarking against NetApp's existing creatives as also in sync with their guidelines. We proposed splitting the information into 4 separate creatives - Transport Support, Cafeteria Incentives, Recreational Activities & Relocation Assistance. Sent as separate emailers as also a complete infographic.
ThInitially conceived as emailers the collateral was later taken across into various print mediums due to the positive response across the company. Higher budgets were committed to the campaign. e new frontend site in place, the client was able to rapidly scale sales efforts to end customers. With ‘ease of use’ apparent in viewing the backend, time taken to onboard doctors reduced.
