They were launching what would be the most expensive luxury residential project in the city at the time. 6 apartments at INR 17 Cr each. The brochure needed to reflect this.
We helped name it ‘Schon’ – ‘beautiful’ in German. This beautiful elegance extended into the logo and brochure. Next to no copy. A large 14” x 14” size. For the viewer to experience his would-be home, instead of it being sold to him.
