Having grown exponentially in the last 3 years; employees in the India offices weren’t aware of the various services and solutions that their colleagues were involved in delivering to global clients. Additionally the MD believed that the design of the space was key in attracting and retaining the best talent, and also giving overseas visitors a taste of ‘India’.
The open spaces would focus on the services and solutions – while conference and meeting rooms drew out parallels between Indian culture and the 4 core Eurofins values – Quality, Competency, Focus & Integrity.
A pleasantly surprised workforce that was more ‘engaged’ in their work with a boost in morale and perception of the company. Also greater interaction between departments and visitors coming away impressed with Eurofins’ commitment to its work and employees.
