THE EXIT DESIGN PERSONALITY

Hiring today at Exit Design is as much about personality as it is about skill sets. Being in a space where ‘growth of Exit Design’ is the focus – we’re looking for people to join us, for whom the focus is ‘growth at Exit Design’ – thereby benefiting both themselves, as well as the studio, when they do join.

I have interests that range from training martial arts to acting in plays to even moonlighting as the occasional DJ – all of which contribute significantly to my work. Others in the studio have interests that range from photography to theatre to sport to being part of social awareness initiatives.

But when it comes to work – we work. These are the kind of people who are best suited to the ‘creative’ and ‘knowledge’ space that makes up Exit Design. Talented. Driven. Quirky.
