KARN MALHOTRA


The Business and Marketing head of the studio with 6 years experience in the field, Karn is a trained graphic designer from the Wigan Design School specializing in the area of brand consultancy. Being a keen observer of people and their behavioral patterns, he believes in the power of 'listening' to the design language of clients - and using the skills of the studio to bring the same to the fore. He has been featured in a cover story on 'New Designers in Bangalore' by India Today.

SONALEE MANDKE


Sonalee has spent the last six years exploring design from a wide array of angles. As a senior designer she concentrates on balancing the commercial context with creativity. As a teacher, she looks at design as being based on research and deep conceptual thinking. Switching between these different hats makes design innovative and interesting. Traveling, reading and seeing the mundane through fresh eyes is a constant inspiration.

SETH


Seema graduated from Srishti School of Art, Design and Technology; and comes into Exit Design with six years of experience in Communication Design, Corporate Identity and Retail Design. Seema considers herself a strong team player, and enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary environment. She also enjoys reading, traveling, observing and being curious. As Head of Design at Exit, she plays the role of integrating ‘design thinking’ into every facet of design.
