KIRAN MENON
Kiran is part of the management team of a leading cross-border investment banking firm. He comes from a management consulting background and brings with him process re-engineering and business process management expertise. Prior to the current stint, Kiran was on the management team of a Process Consulting company that focused on the Retail, Healthcare and Distribution verticals. He also has tremendous experience in Customer Behavior management and has studied this space for a very long time.
